Service contents

  1. Strictly perform the requirements according to contract, guarantee the customer's delivery time, and guarantee the product quality;

  2. Arrange on-site engineers for supervising installation, arrange commissioning training for free, and train operators in safety and technology aspects;

  3. Establish the service file management system, follow up and communicate with users in time, visit on-site at least once a month, and monitor customer' start up, maintenance and management. (For domestic customers)

  4. If customer has any problem, our company has a service hotline: 400-118-7088. We are ready for visitors to call in 24 hours every day, no rest during holidays;

  5. the local maintenance personnel will arrive at the customer onsite within 2 hours after receiving customers requirement, In case of special condition, the company's headquarters maintenance personnel will arrive on site within 24 hours (For domestic customers).

  7. Warranty period: the warranty period shall be 18 months after the delivery of the equipment or 12 months after the equipment is put into operation.

  8. After the warranty period, our equipment is with product lifetime service; Only travel expenses and salary is charged for maintaining cost.
